Common Shipping Questions
Melbourne: $75 flat rate. Available from Metro Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula.
Phillip Island: $110 flat rate. Region also includes Warragul to Wonthaggi.
Surf Coast: $155 flat rate with no minimum purchase. Available from Geelong to Lorne.
Regional: $190 flat rate. Spans Victoria's Northern, Eastern and Western regions ~60kms from CBD.
Everywhere else: For all other orders, Plyco freight is calculated on both weight and destination. This is calculated automatically at the point of checkout or by our internal sales team.
If you're located outside Melbourne and believe your online order has given you an inaccurate shipping quote, please contact us immediately at info@plyco.com.au to have us examine it manually for you.

If the delivery options page for your online order only displays "pickup only", our website developer has fallen asleep at their computer and created an error.
To wake him up, please contact us via our online form with your order and delivery information and we'll get an accurate quote send across ASAP.

While the Small Panels and Victorian Select options are the same for all customers, currently live shipping quotes for large sheets are generated using a residential address type for the customer. These quotes therefore include a $75 fee for a hydraulic tailgate from the shipping company (this fee isn't charged by Plyco!). Our developers are working on including an option for Residential / Commercial delivery at checkout.
If you have a forklift at the pickup location and believe you're eligible to ship to a commercial address, please contact us directly to arrange an appropriate quote.
For all residential deliveries using Plyco "Local Delivery", a customer must have suitable people on-site to assist with the hand unloading of the goods, except for smaller items like 1200 x 600mm sheets and/or accessories.
If there is no one to assist, the driver may decide to return the goods to Plyco and arrange an alternative delivery time, potentially incurring an additional delivery fee. Please read our disclaimer for Plyco residential fulfilment.
With an enormous range of products, the delivery window for a customer order largely depends on the products shipped.
As a guide: in stock orders typically ship within 3 working days, cut and delivery orders ship within 3 -5 working days and production orders (custom laminate pressing) will usually ship within 7 - 10 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received, and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim must be filed with Plyco within 7 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to info@plyco.com.au.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the following options will then be made available:
