Birch Film Face

Our film faced plywood is made with an exterior birch plywood core, overlaid with a phenolic dark coloured film impregnated on both faces. Melamine

White Melamine (HMR/STD PB) / Black Melamine (HMR PB)

This product is a high quality Particleboard or MDF with a white/black melamine surface bonded to both sides. With a clean, hardwearing surface, melamine boards are suitable for internal cabinetry, draws or shelving. Options include full sheets, pre-edged and pre-drilled panels. Flexiply

Flexiply is manufactured from mixed hardwood species. It provides design flexibility and can be easily curved into a variety of forms to be used for furniture as well as commercial and domestic structures. Formply

Manufactured using a high-density overlay (HDO) of phenolic resin impregnated paper bonded to plywood, Formply is ideal for concrete formwork. View Plyco's Formply range in store.

Hardwood Exterior

This product is manufactured using a range of hardwood species, with an A-Bond glue line. Both hardwood faces are sanded to produce a durable surface ideal for exterior, exposed applications. Colour varies from dark red to light blonde. View ourHardwood Exterior products.

Masonite

Masonite hardboard is a high strength, rigid building board. It contains no added chemical bond agents and has one high gloss face that can be easily painted or finished. View Plyco's tough Masonite hardboard range.

MDF

MDF is an engineered wood product with a smooth surface and uniform density core ideal for moulding, shaping, cutting and routing. MDF can be easily painted, cut, machined and cleanly drilled without splintering or chipping.

Moisture Resistant (MR) MDF is recommended to be used rather than Standard (STD) MDF for applications in moisture prone areas such kitchens, laundries and bathrooms.

Particle Board: Standard

Standard Grade Particleboard is a high density, strongly bonded economical general purpose board made of large wood particles in the core and finer particles on sanded surfaces. It is an ideal substrate for laminating and veneering. View ourStandard Grade Particleboard.

Particle Board Flooring

Pegboard

Poly White Plywood

CD Structural Plywood

CD Structural plywood is a versatile substrate made from 100% renewable softwood plantation pine. It is manufactured to the AS/NZS2269 plywood structural standard and is FSC certified. CD structural plywood can be used for exterior and interior applications where aesthetic appearance is not critical. View our CD Structural Plywood range.

Non-Structural Plywood

This product possesses very similar characteristics to the CD Structural plywood, as it is also a Radiata Pine species, available in either CD or BC face grades and contains an A-Bond glue line making it suitable for exterior applications. Exterior Cladding

This product (also known as (Shadowclad) is an exterior structural plywood product which can be used for both decorative and bracing purposes. Available either primed or unprimed. Produced from Pinus radiata veneers and bonded with A-Bond adhesive, the finished sheets are H3 LOSP preservative treated to provide long-term protection from decay. SHADOWclad groove and SHADOWclad texture are decorative sheets with a band-sawn surface (with a groove profile option). View our Exterior Cladding range.

T & G Plywood Flooring

Tongue and Groove plywood is a strong and stable product suitable for structural and non-structural flooring applications. It has a machined groove along its edges, with a single plastic tongue to form a tongue and groove joint between sheets. See our Tongue and Groove Plywood range.
